Shipping policy

Delivery costs will be indicated in your cart when you check out. We offer free pick-up at 333 Exhibition St, Melbourne, VIC 3000, Australia on all orders, given that you contact us at flowersoftheflock@gmail.com to arrange a pick-up time beforehand.

For suburbs across Inner Melbourne, the standard delivery cost is $10 regardless of order value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you're located in other regions or overseas, please contact us through the aforementioned email to arrange before ordering. 

Orders are processed for delivery as soon as possible except when placed on Saturday and Sunday, in which case they will be processed the following work day. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box.

 

The Shipping timeframe for Express Shipping within Melbourne is 1-4 Business days. 


*Please note, express shipping applies only to the transit time after your order has been dispatched. Standard processing times still apply to all orders before they are shipped.


We will deliver your products to the delivery address in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to fulfil your request.


During peak sale periods, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please expect a delay during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding!


FLOWERS OF THE FLOCK does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by an third party. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please email us at flowersoftheflock@gmail.com

We may leave the products at your premises. Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are sent off to the delivery address provided in your order.


We will take reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of your incorrect data entry.


All order placed within Australia are dispatched from Melbourne.
